We're on the OTC and there are so many other outstanding issues with a conversion where it isn't night and day. Maybe, and I mean maybe, you guys convert after relist, but certainly not while on OTC.

You guys refuse to see these facts. I joke around with the Bove quote at times but there is real reasoning behind his assessment...

Bove ... doesn't expect the junior preferred shares to be converted into common shares or full payment of par value on preferreds
...
They will also want to see value created for common shareholders. .
