The increase in Authorized Shares would simply make me feel better. I understand what you are saying Doog but CLX (New Co.) is going to need more share to be able to raise $ to grow the biz and pay expenses like Salaries, Rent, Etc.. I just can't see how any of this can be done without an increase in the Authorized number of shares. There may be a way to close but no way to grow. IMO I'd appreciate all any and all input.
