All the Restricted 144 shares issued this year can be divided amongst us whichever partners require them. And the other jv partnerships will most likely be entirely based on revenue sharing deals in the 50/50 area, as is the case whenever any jv partner comes onboard to help unlock the proprietary value possessed in any tech platform k Tsunami!

So the notion that there supposedly needs to be any shares issued here post merger are false(just as the chuck norris yellow sticky proves there will be no reverse split needed whatsoever/period), because a quick scan of PASO's last posted quarterly fins clearly reflects that JG made sure to max out the PASO O/S via the issuance of all the friends/family Restricted 144 stock he could, prior to his official PASO resignation departure and joining SiriusIQ as their new CSO k cheers!
