Pasoholics help requested. Lat week I posted a notion I had regarding the Need for an increase in Authorized Shares. Can someone explain how this deal can be completed if there are no more shares to use? I can't see how this is possible. There isn't enough cash on hand nor would I think anyone relying on CLX would cash out so early. Even a PFD> would need to be convertible into Common. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
