It’s more than frustrating, it’s criminal and actionable when the facts are demanded from Goldman, JPM, Jefferies, and Cantor. All their price targets, timing of price targets can be linked to trades made, collusion between traders and analysts are wire fraud crimes. This is all actionable. Does this information exist? Yes IMO. Can it be discovered? Absolutely, read Overstock.com battle with Goldman Sacs 2011. Goldman settled with Overstock for an undisclosed amount.

I will not make the mistakes Overstock made...that’s why you study history.
