Vote for the A/S and NOT the R/S.

Increasing the A/S gives him a shot to implement his plan.

We're dead in the water so, why not?

Do NOT give him the R/S because with BOTH he has years to bleed the company just like the last bunch of clowns.

My take...give him ONE shot.

Then let it burn.

Why do 99% of day traders lose money?

They trade on a fundamental misconception about the nature of stock prices, namely that they are somehow persistent and predictable.

In other words, they pattern trade until they lose money. 99%.
