The debt might not be due for 2 years, but they have interest payments on that debt. Total interest paid in the 1st half of year was $1.84M. Also, there may be covenants on that debt related to their financial position that they are in danger of violating, which could result in an early call for repayment. Listen, I don't know the answer to that, nor am I pretending to. I just know that the stock is Tanking and there must be a reason behind it.

It's good to look at the long-term potential, but we also need to be realistic about what's happening right now.
