Where will ARR be in two years from now??

The $18m is not due for almost TWO YEARS!

The next four months will determine if they need to raise a minor financing or not- not too critical, that only affects the value by 10% or so.

What's critical is ramping up ARR which looks like it is happening. The heat exchanger market within EXISTING customers can be over $40m ARR and we weren't even counting that before.

If they are reporting $40m ARR + sometime next year, this stock will be a rocket ship, regardless of any minor financing between now and then. The $40m ARR plus one-time fees and Auto Pro would be very positive earnings and cash flow plus the growth story.

What's critical is simply convincing the market that no more dilution is coming. If they could just shut down M&A and get cash flow positive, then we are looking at a multi-bagger here. That looks quite likely given that CEO said Q4 was the game plan for cash flow positive and even if not only a minor financing would be the bridge to cash flow positive in Q1 and then growing from there.
