From Yahoo board today: (if true and ZN goes to the OTC market, ALL held calls will immediately expire worthless and all sold covered calls will be instant profit. Bottom line is its very risky to hold calls through Nasdaq compliance date - maybe we get to $1 by tomorrow & hold for 10 days with no news or perhaps we get an extension again)

I understand you don't do one on one comments on the business of zion and that you do Pr's. However' there is alot of confussion from shareholders as to the date of compliance. I am retired military...and learned to always have a plan a...b...and c. What is the official date zion must be at a dollar and maintaun it for 10 days? Myself and all your other shareholders would love to hear your plan a...b...and c also.

We need to have 10 consecutive trading days above $1 by September 8th. We haven't gotten any updates yet; but if necessary we can simply switch to the OTCQX.
