its not that simple but the problems with this stock started simulaneously with the announcement of goldman secondary offering..look at a chart--its fact...….strange happennings,they definitely didn't need more shares in the float,they had 400M in cash already,they never got a recommendation,as a matter of fact goldman downgraded months later, and they haven't used the money for any purpose what so ever----
