Here's the thing,
this is one of the most confusing patterns to me. It can be bearish in a downtrend with a bullish retracement - signalling the return of the bearish move.

- OR -

It can occur in an uptrend as confirmation of the bull.

!!!

It is confounding to me. Is there anyone here that can please read this?
