ActiPatch is currently the only FDA 510k Cleared, 'Over the Counter' PSWT/PEMF Device on the planet. ActiPatch, as of 2/2020, now has Full Body Musculoskeletal FDA OTC Clearance which is also exclusive to ActiPatch.

The closest thing to PSWT/PEMF competition is from FDA Cleared/Approved 'Prescription Only' Devices.

The Orthocor Active Knee System is a 'Prescription Only' Device that combines PEMF with Heat. It costs $650 and $250 for replacement Heating Pods.

The Endonovo Sofpulse is also FDA 'Prescription Only' device. It is priced at $250 and is good for 8-10 days of use. Endonovo purchased the rights a couple of years ago from Rio Grande who purchased it from Ivivi.


In the 'Wanna Be' category we have a couple of PEMF 'Wellness Devices' that are only Registered with the FDA, no Clearances or Approvals for anything. They can make no claims of treating any medical conditions.

The Oska is a PEMF 'Wellness Device' that costs $399. It is the size of a large computer mouse so not too comfortable compared to the $29, 8 gram ActiPatch.
