Hi Matthew,

I think this part could be done with injection molding and we have the capability to do it. 60,000 per month is doable. In
that case, the part will be a full amorphous alloy.
The part is too small and the teeth area is too complex for thermal spraying but can be manufactured with injection
molding. Let me know your feedback and we can decide together the next steps.

Thank you

Good morning John,

As you are aware, I am in receipt of a letter from Bruce Bromage which attempts to define the convoluted nature of the
relationships of your two companies.

Up to this point, out of deference to Dr. Martin, and a genuine interest to identify potential opportunities to utilize BMG
technology, I believe we have been proactive and patient In trying to bring this matter to a mutually beneficial
conclusion.

Unfortunately, at this juncture, there does not appear to be a clear separation of the two entitles, and for the time
being, we must unfortunately cease further activities to qualify Amorphous Technologies International as a potential
vendor for Arthrex Inc.

At the present however, we are aware that you are In receipt of CAD models, representing some of the components we
wished to Investigate as potential production with your company. As we already have an executed NDA In place, I would
Invite you to complete a budgetary quote for our consideration, and If we believe this to be a viable endeavor, we will
reengage to continue with the onboarding process.

I hope you understand our position as I've already discussed with you personally, and hope you find the above proposal
an appropriate accommodation.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Kind regards,

Greg

Subject Liquidmetal, ATI and John Kang

Chris,

The Liquidmetal team sees great promise In developing solutions for Arthrex and we appreciate your team's
efforts to understand our technology. I have spoken with John Kang and he provided this useful summary of
his ties to Liquidmetal:

We would like to clarify the current status of Liquidmetal Technologies, Inc. rUquidmetal Technologies") and
Amorphous Technologies, Inc. ("ATI).
Liquidmetal Technologies is a publicly listed company that has been developing and commercializing
amorphous metals since the 1990's. Liquidmetal Technologies owns the "Liquidmetar trademark and its
materials are often referred to as Liquidmetal or Liquidmetal alloys.

ATI is a company operated by John Kang. Liquidmetal Technologies has not licensed any of its intellectual
property to ATI or Mr. Kang. In addition, Liquidmetal Technologies does not have restrictive agreements
relating to amorphous metals with ATI or Mr. Kang.

Mr. Kang Is affiliated with Liquidmetal Coatings, LLC, a company separated from Liquidmetal Technologies
since 2011, which does not operate in the field of bulk amorphous alloys.

Liquidmetal Technologies and ATI/Mr. Kang each possess their respective intellectual property relating to bulk
amorphous metals and may operate within the field ofamdrphaus metals independent of each other. We hope this clarifies any confusion.

We had productive discussions with your team In Goleta yesterday and look forward to hosting Arthrex at our
plant In the near future.

Best regards,

Bruce
