Once again, Hatch is correct. The Plaintiffs now own millions of SIAF shares. In order for them to turn a robust profit they need to follow through on the settlement, including the $63mil Tri-way share dividend. Do the math, and think about what that $63mil dividend (even with a liquidity discount) means to the shareholders of a company with a $13mil Market Cap. If you think Fredly and HengRen won't follow through after putting in their time, money and effort in to the lawsuit, and following the Judge's procedural requirements line item by line item after the preliminary approval, just sell (to me and Hatch), and go away.
