The settlement WILL be approved.
The Plaintiffs and Defendants have met all the criteria for a settlement to be approved, including addressing the question of whether the settlement is fair to non-plaintiff shareholders.

Whether the Plaintiffs original goals in filing the lawsuit were achieved or not has absolutely no bearing on whether a settlement will be approved. A settlement is simply a way for both parties to avoid the expense of further litigation, on terms they mutually agree to. Period.

That is clearly the case with this settlement, and there is no doubt that if even SOME of the conditions of the settlement are achieved, it will be a win for all shareholders.
