No need for a trip. Just post the engagement letter with PWC on the co site, IF there ever was such a letter. Why fly all the way to Windsor? Same goes with any other deals. Just post the contract on the site. Open and fair disclosure to all, not a few. That's how public companies are supposed to operate. But you knew that.........
