So here is a Q for you flipper.

They spent a good bit before to build up Cognate manufacturing ops. Now Cognate is an established CDMO and any customer can go to them and ask to make stuff. Just like NWBO can. What did that spend gain NWBO?

Same with paying Cognate to transfer tech to UK. Then paying them to transfer tech to Advent (even though Advent was the previous Cognate they had already paid to set up in the EU.

So now we have Sawston, that can supply the UK and likely no more. And nobody knows who really owns much of anything or the contractual terms.

So here is the question. If NWBO has done this terrific job of helping Cognate to be their DCVax provider across the world, why not just use them in the UK?
