The only losers here are the Alaskan salmon industry, not because of any danger to the salmon - that possibility is so negligible as to be risible - but because the salmon industry can't pay the kind of money the mine will pay.

There's enough salmon from all over the rest of the world the Alaskan salmon industry won't be missed for 10 minutes, if that!
