You are correct. But producing CE parts for Apple would be a material event even if it does not breech the MTA restrictions, because since the MTA was signed, LQMT has stated publicly, in their 10-K filings, that they are not in the CE business. That effects stockholders in a material way. LQMT would be obligated to inform their shareholders of such a significant change to their business.
