That was the authorized before the 1000:1 reverse split back when we had 475 million shares outstanding.

Hovis never reduced it. If he were to shave it back to 50 or 100 million that would be a comforting signal for investors that toxic debt is in the rear view mirror with this ticker.

Hovis has not engaged in toxic debt but previous CEO's have and they are long gone. Good riddance.

The balance sheet here is fresh and clean as a baby's bottom. Couple that with the very low outstanding and NDTP is a penny investor's dream. Although at $5 this is hardly a penny any more.
