At this point in his career, is Singer more interested in cases he has a good chance of winning, or cases that make more money for him? By that I mean would he take a case if he thought the probability of winning was low?

I've heard people give the appeal 7-10% of success just based on general results over time, but isn't this case unique?

IMO Singer would not be taking lead if he thought it was a stinker, no matter the billable hours involved. Agree/Disagree?
