Dwyer puts out misleading PR's and investors turn it into something it's not. Dwyer has never said gcgx was manufacturing or selling anything, he's put out bullshit that appeared to say that but go back and read them again. Try and find anywhere where he states gcgx is producing or selling anything Cannabis related. Read them carefully... So, technically he's done nothing illegal, he just baits others to say what they think he said. He clearly states in the reports "Global  Consortium  does  not  own  any  licenses  to operate  in the  cannabis  sector  in California  or  any  other State."
