Didn't the con man once tell us that once his pretend mergers were completed that the filings would never be late again? Perhaps I'm mistaken but I kind of remember him stating that the only reason the filings were late were because the merger or takeover whatever he was calling it at the time was so complicated but once that was all completed (which in his fantasy world it was), filings would never be late again.
