Actually I think the UPennMed JV goes back to 2013, when the founders started CCA, LLC that is for all intents and purposes now R/M with the Milv shell to form $NDTP.

They did all the Biotech R&D privately funded. This is not going to be a cash burning 10 year Biotech experiment.

I still expect an off to the races drink line, revenue and profit based drink line right out of the gate.

A drink line that reverses various kinds of brain damage.......by crossing the BBB Blood Brain Barrier, and delivering FDA GAS-Generally Accepted as Safe food based nutrients to a nutrient starved brain so the brain can self repair damaged caused by a lack of nutrients. (I have pdf copies of the research if folks want to read them)

Seems from research I have read, some was Dr. Michael W Fountain team based BBB-crossing nutrient delivery research going back to 2007/2010 at the Univ of So. Florida (Fountain was a co founder of CCA, LLC with 10% of the ownership in 2013), and later Dr. Cohen 2013 and 2016 and more recent published papers... That claim that a lot of brain damage is simply caused by a lack of FDA-GAS-nutrients, that simply needed a BBB-crossing nano tech to solve the delivery problem.

Figuring out how to safely, non-invasively, cross BBB-has been the Holy Grail of 20 + years of R&D efforts, with Dr. Michael W Fountain in the middle of much of it.

We are seeing the birth of the NDT-Nano Delivery Technology birth right here, right now.
