That s right! If there was no money and nothing for escrow markers & big boys, then FDIC would have closed wamu case long ago. The fact that it lasts so long is because we are talking about a lot of money. You can hide an envelope under a rug , but you cannot hide a cow under a rug.

Too much money and too many powerfull players to hide tens of billions (they signed as we did so) . No way, we'll get less than 65 billions.

They got caught!! There will be no law suit, everyone will walk happy.
