We are PROBABLY both realistic to understand the differences
of timing.

For a few of you assumptions 4:1 100M float I make the "value"
(to attain some of the $20+ estimates) an $8B offer.

I can not believe with current knowledge you believe that is accurate.

Shit happens and I will be more than willing to trade into/out of
that scenario, but REALLY?
