I assume you are mocking, but will chirp in anyway.

The Germans are asserting that about $15.5M worth of services were upstreamed to NWBO from NWBOGbmH w/o payment. They are deeming this a dividend. That would have given NWBOGbmH a profit and NWBOGbmH owed taxes on that.

But I guess the fact that the German Tax Police and the SEC are looking at it is just wollfpack propaganda.

BTW, again, I do not think the tax issue in itself is any big deal. Though neither were Spiro Agnew's.
