MYDelinquentX hasn’t filed any SEC reports in nearly a year now. Wonder what the company is hiding?

Not only failed to report to SEC...

Can't even file an annual report with NV SOS which isn't hard! Just cost $$... OHHH, now it makes sense.... no money!

It will be in default with NV SOS in Dec 2020, nothing filed since Dec 2019. NV SOS gives people/companies a year before the company is labeled with DEFAULT.

Yazie has money, he just doesn't want to waste any more on his defunct scam...

Remember the good ol' days when he would actually PRETEND that the company was a "REAL" company with those FAKE PRs and the FAKE lawsuits and the FAKE patents and spend money filing annual reports!

My my, how the Mighty have FALLEN...

Wonder if he is still flying around with little Erai and going to parties...

No doubt he still has money, he seems to have been able to take a bundle from investors, just no more money for the fake company aka MYDX.
