Whatever you say for or against it, we don’t know if the Fox carried the rig. It may have. The July 30 Drilling Plan stated civil work on drill pad to start in mid-August...that’s now.
It stated the rig would ship from Constanta to Haifa in 5-7 days. It said drilling would begin in mid to late Q3...September 30 is the end of Q3.
There’s multiple Press Releases that can be issued: the rig, update on arrival of the crew, updates on progress of activities at the pad, announcing projected date to begin drilling, and the marquee Press Release of all...the interpretations of the 3-d seismic.
I believe this can happen and will. I’ll be buying some more March calls, not sellin’em.
