I've been thinking that the 16 million shares traded within 60seconds that occurred on Aug 17 almost had to be a situation where someone knew that there was going to be a very large number of shares put out there and was waiting to grab them. What else could explain so many shares being traded in such a short time? That number of shares has to be indicative of dilution. I'm not sure we have any one shareholder who holds that many shares. If it is dilution then that should mean some $$ heading to CoolTech and a better chance we get a 10Q or two Aug 31.
