You don’t know. Just say it. One reason why they might not announce DL is so that people won’t prematurely sell on some lame price increase. I can think of reasons why they might not want to signal DL to shorts. I think it’s silly to think “why not” is a sufficient argument. We simply don’t know, and that’s the way, uh huh, uh huh, they like it, uh huh, uh huh. They play word games to put themselves back in control of the narrative and keep others guessing. It’s a pattern.
