That is all very nice. Did you not get this:

"If DCVax®-L is approved by NICE and then receives full regulatory approval, the NHS legally has to make the treatment available within three months"

The NICE / NHS process is in addition to the full regulatory approval so it can only slow things down, not speed them up.

And the NICE process is not fast. They have a clock, but it often goes into a back and forth. That is why they now start that process before the company even submits to the EMA. Because NICE has been slower than EMA on average. And Brexit does not effect that.
