TPTW today:

5.9 million shares bought and 15 million shares sold!!!

Sell volume almost 3 times higher than buy volume!!!

And this after TPTW filed an 8K announcing a deal with Walmart’s Parking Lot division.

And just before filing blowout numbers in the overdue 10Q.

Very odd. Never seen it before!!!

The only conclusion is :

The company is diluting and/or the impending 10Q will be disastrous.

Sad but true.
