DL is apparently not regarded a "material event". Otherwise most companies would frequently announce when their trial has reached that timeline. In my limited experience I have not seen such announcements.

I don't believe that DI thinks it is up to NWBO to define DL as a "material event" since other companies have not considered DL to be in that category.

If unlike other biotech companies, NWBO considers DL to be a material event, DI should have been forthright and should have said so.

Furthermore, DI's lack of response to hopoeforthefuture's question concerning DL strongly suggests that NWBO has now decided not to PR DL and this is in stark contrast to previous statements by DI in which he stated that DL will be announced.

I am guessing that the next PR we will get will be TLD.
