BioElectronics was intentionally set up to be a stock market shell game. Too bad 150 BIEL retail shareholders couldn't see what this junk company's intentions really were. Now their stuck with a stock SOON be be extinct.

The company would have been bought out long ago if it were of any value, but it's not. No one is buying the ActoPitch bullshit, they could care less about ActoPitch PEMF potential stories.

I can think of seven good reasons not to buy this junk hasbeen company. One of them is Sales Trac is showing continued steep online sales declines of ActiPatch this quarter. You thought Q2 was bad, wait till Q3.
