So we're sending up evacuated strats now, are we? Oh, just partially evacuated strats with gas bags full of helium in there that will expand into the evacuated part until we reach altitude, then it won't be evacuated anymore, just filled to the optimal pressure. oops! I laughed and my kool-aid squirted out my nose.

Don't get me wrong, still long, light, and laughing.
