but they (aqua) own two shell companies.
aqua - AQUACELL TECHNOLOGIES INC
aqwt - AQUACELL WATER INC


aqua is trying to buy/merge with citation
aqwt is trying to buy/merge with McPhee Environmental

Aqua merging with citation is pretty much a done deal
I quote:Citation is required to notify AquaCell in the event that an unsolicited offer is made, and must reject any such offer,Citation must pay to AquaCell a one-million dollar ($1,000,000.00) break-up fee.


Aqwt is still in the air, but I think this deal will also go through, the stock is hitting .15 on closing and will climb more. AQWT is also associate with DOW chemicals in some strange way.

If it wasn't for everybody manipulating the market, there wouldn't be a stock market at all.
