$AQUA - Per court Order, Evoqua's pre-IPO disclosures were misleading, in that they failed to mention the extent to which the company was pushing out experienced employees and replacing them with cheaper, less-seasoned workers and failed to disclose that it also fired employees who helped the company integrate new businesses following acquisitions. Per the Order, investors can also pursue charges that the company brought forward revenue from future quarters and gave existing customers steep discounts to boost purchases, the order said.
Current Evoqua shareholders who have held shares of the Company’s stock since at least November 6, 2017 have standing to seek corporate governance reforms, the return of funds back to company coffers and potentially a court approved incentive award if appropriate at no cost.

Well I think its safe to say that I made out nicely on this by putting 30% of all my high risk earnings on this lil guy this year... my initial buy is up over 60% and it was a great little annuity for the year!!!
Too bad nobody sees the potential here... Institutional purchasing of shares at this level!!!!
Thinking that this has a chance to come back to life?

Any Chances this one comes back to life?
I wonder what the company is going to do? How are they going to cool this one off? Maybe they can set up one of those solar powered air conditioners.
I believe ..lol http://believingtoday.com/
if anyone's still here....
can someone comment on AquaCell Water, Inc. (AQWT.PK) recently changing their name to Believing Today, Inc.? It was in an 8-K filing not long ago. Is this some sort of reverse merger?

Yeah it is weird. Seems like a good legit company. Good products and concepts. Seems as though it should go some where PPS wise. I think if it got promoted it would take off. It seems easy to move (low float) not sure though.
I'm here....seriously can't figure out what's going on with this stock... Is the company even concerned about anything? really There are no PR's and nothing, not a drop of water, or ice, nothing just a bunch of hot air...AQUA's going to have to really cool this thing off with more than silence and temperature controlls, we need some PR's and profit. The Air Force and Army should be buying these things up for troops to use in the desert.
We had a whopper of a trade just now, a whole $3.00 worth at $0.01 folks...wow...I wonder what broker cracked that nut and called it lunch?
Somthing is happening, AQUA just dipped and someon just bought a couple thousand dollars of this penny stock.
Does anyone else see this sudden spike? Did President Obama give out a grant to solor-powered airconditioners?
This company is definately up to something, the volume is way too high.
Something is happening today....300,000 shares, when normally we don't ever see anything trade..."Something is amis at the Circle-K Ted".....I just bought some more shares to make sure we don't miss the boat.

GreenCore Sells Its Solar Air Conditioners to the United States Navy
Naval Research Laboratories to Install GreenCore Solar Air Conditioners at Remote Lab Site
Jul 29, 2008 12:54:00 PM
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/29/08 -- GreenCore Technology, Inc., formerly AquaCell Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AQUA), announced today that it has received an order from the United States Navy for its solar powered air conditioners, which will be installed in a remote laboratory site operated by the Naval Research Laboratories ("NRL"). The order also includes the sale of ten GreenCore-specified 170 Watt/35 volt photovoltaic solar panels, along with peripheral solar related equipment.
The NRL's requirement was for uninterrupted air conditioning 24 hours per day, 365 days a year in an area with unreliable power, including no electric power during certain times of the year. The GreenCore air conditioners will operate completely grid-free for the majority of the year, and during certain seasons, will operate in hybrid mode.
"To be involved with the US Navy on this project has been very exciting for us, as it is critical for their operations that the air conditioning is always functioning with or without a traditional power supply," said James C. Witham, GreenCore's Chief Executive Officer. "We worked closely with the technical staff at the Naval Research Laboratories to design the most efficient system once they determined that our GreenCore 10200 solar powered air conditioner was the only product that could meet their needs."
The GreenCore solar powered air conditioner combines the most efficient photovoltaic technology with DC (direct current) engineered air conditioning innovation to provide climate control that does not contribute to greenhouse gas emissions and global warming. The system has been designed to efficiently operate completely grid-free, or as a hybrid air conditioning unit, automatically switching from solar to battery power. In hybrid mode, if the sun is not available to charge the batteries through the solar panels, the GreenCore system will automatically switch to allow the batteries to be charged by AC power (alternating current).

AquaCell Sells and Installs First Solar Powered Air Conditioners in India
AquaCell Launches International Marketing Plan for Solar Powered Air Conditioner
Feb 26, 2008 11:00:00 AM
View Additional ProfilesRANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/26/08 -- AquaCell Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AQUA), holder of the world's only patent for a solar powered air conditioner, announced today it has sold and installed its first solar powered air conditioners at a Reliance Industries facility in Mumbai, India.
India is one of the ideal markets for AquaCell's solar air conditioner, given the high heat and humidity, coupled with an unreliable power grid and an average of 300 sunny days per year. According to the United Nations, approximately 45 percent of people in India are hooked up to an unreliable power grid, and endure daily power failures. Solar power offers a clean and reliable solution to the power grid issue and the expensive "dirty" fossil fuel alternatives being used. AquaCell is thrilled to be providing its innovative technology to an area with such need.
The Indian government is supplying incentives to its largest companies to develop alternative energy, particularly solar. AquaCell has begun discussions with major companies in India, including Reliance Industries, Moser Baer, Tata BP Solar-India and Solar Semi-Conductor, who are leading the solar initiative in India.
AquaCell's solar powered air conditioner provides grid-free climate control with just two solar panels. AquaCell combines the most efficient photovoltaic technology with innovative DC air conditioning engineering to provide reliable air conditioning that does not contribute to greenhouse gas emissions and global warming. The units AquaCell installed in India are the greencore model 10200, which provide 10200 BTUs and are suitable for cooling approximately 600 square feet. This model is ideal for the specific applications being addressed in India, including remote modular medical facilities, construction trailers, remote offices, railroad switching yard control stations and remote telecommunication data centers for cell phone towers.

closed up 8.70% today at .25
Will look to get in tomorrow. Risk here is relatively low for the price, imo. If I were ever to put money into a stock and walk away, which I wouldn't do, it would be a company like this or OPK (they have a billionaire behind them). I like Kevin Spence's track record here. Hopefully this heads back to .40's soon.
looks like it is close to the bottom. Should move back up soon imo.
flipped in and out couple of times.... good mover so far... lets see...history for this and positive news will get the price up to old levels...
I bought at .18 in Late Jan and sold most at .22 in early Feb so am holding free shares. Wish I had more, but alot of my investing dollars are solidly locked into (I hope) the next big winner: RLTR
Awesome News, I've Been Here Since Early Jan 07, with an Avg pps of .10, This is that one in a thousand.

AquaCell Technologies to Acquire Revolutionary Solar Powered Air Conditioner
Monday April 2, 7:00 am ET
The SolCool(TM) Air Conditioner Is the First of Its Kind to Harness the Power of the Sun to Produce Air-Conditioned Air
The SolCool Air Conditioner Uses 75% Less Power Consumption Than Air Conditioning Systems Currently on the Market
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 2, 2007 -- AquaCell Technologies, Inc. ("AquaCell") (Other OTC:AQUA.PK - News) today announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire GPM, Inc., manufacturer and patent owner of the world's only stand-alone solar powered air conditioner, marketed under the name SolCool(TM).
Unlike currently available air conditioners, the SolCool air conditioner uses less than 25% of the power of traditional air conditioners of the same size and can be run with only two photovoltaic (solar) panels, freeing the user from the electric utility grid. The current SolCool air conditioner, which is the fourth generation, provides 1.5 tons/18,000 BTUs of cooling from the power of the sun, and is eligible for state and federal energy rebates. It is the only climate control equipment in the world that uses direct, renewable DC input to power its internal 24-volt operating system. Previous versions of have been purchased by the US military, corporations and international real estate developers.
Roger Pruitt, inventor of the SolCool air conditioner and President of GPM said, "The move from prototype model to an affordable assembly-line product has been a huge step for us in our development. Our goal of producing the world's first commercially available solar powered air-conditioner has been realized through our R&D efforts over the last several years. These efforts are generating interest from numerous market segments that have been seeking 'green' solutions to reduce energy dependence, pollution and global warming that we could never have imagined. The pace at which the market for our product has grown over even the past few weeks has far outstripped the capacity of our privately held company to effectively meet this demand." Mr. Pruitt continued, "We are extremely happy to have our vision now included in the strategy of AquaCell and its management team."
"We are excited to be a part of the effort to reduce greenhouse emissions by taking users off of the power grid," said Kevin Spence, AquaCell's President and CFO. "Currently the unit can be powered by as little as 300 watts -- or only two 150 watt solar panels, which will allow for almost universal application."
James Witham, AquaCell's Chief Executive Officer said, "This letter of intent is the culmination of five months of combined effort on the part of AquaCell and GPM. We are pleased to have reached an agreement to acquire the first air conditioner in the world that can efficiently run off the power of the sun. This is truly a remarkable renewable energy product that has the ability to revolutionize a broad spectrum of the global air conditioning market."
Brighton Capital Ltd. of Los Angeles, CA assisted and advised AquaCell Technologies with the identification and negotiation of the Letter of Intent with GPM. Brighton Capital has also been retained by AquaCell to identify other possible acquisition candidates in the renewable/alternative energy space.

Darn thing keeps going up.
What a sweet deal
Former Aquacell CFO Sentenced To 6 Mos Home Confinement
He robbed people of 4.5 Million and still has AQUA stock and he gets to stay home for 6 months...
The information is at otcbb.com
Where did you find this information? I have not seen anything recent and we have been with this for a year now, waiting.
TABLE: Unconfirmed Earnings Expected Tuesday, Jan 30
THURSDAY , JANUARY 25, 2007 06:55 AM
Based on historical evidence the following companies are expected to report their quarterly earnings on Tuesday, January 30, 2007. These companies have NOT confirmed these dates.

AQWT
Found this article, pretty weak

reason for the uptrend so we may see a drop today 24..
so sell before you see the dead cat bounce...
Curious as to why this stock climbs upward
today? the volume is about half of average and yet it climbs higher by the day. my AQWT stock is climbing as well. I wonder will the stock break the .20 barrier as AQWT did. it's getting close but will it hold at .20 for long.
I wonder what the deal was with Sky? are they trading a good amount of stock? I'm getting the delay, delay with the calls to kevin, anyone else getting anything from AQUA?
Sure am
I buy this when it drops to .10 or lower
and then wait a week and usually sell around .14 to .15
I still have buys at .105 for this on the next down slope.
I also have AQWT as well, its a slow and steady climber since Kevin the current pres, use to do water filtration.
I sold this morning and bought EXCS. I ahd about a 310.00 loss. IMO it might go to .14 next week but I did not want to wait.
Gaps Filled Now She's Ready To Go Up../
(-26.67%) Drop in price
The reason is not because of the new aquisition
its because of their BS of NOT getting Citation and a 25 Million Stock Transfer that did not go through. That is why people are dumping this stock. They just hired Kevin and gave him 1.5 Million shares of AQUA and 1.5M of AQWT with a 165K from each company and there was no 25 Million Shares traded.
I dumped too and will wait to .10 and buy back in.
This company is small and shady, but a simple roller coaster to buy and sell on.
Why bother releasing that pr....she's a tanking.
Could be slow growing this time
with 60K of stock grants and being exercisable 1/12/07
Its a good thing that Husband and wife James and Karen can not sell their stock grants till next year and so on...
