Might be interesting to see the wording in any voluntary request vs the subpoena don’t you think? That might kind of put things into better perspective rather than argue over what was or was not in them. We might not see the exact wording of a request but I’m sure there are examples out there where general becomes more specific perhaps in a subpoena. Best wishes.
