SMH! Just because you don't have to file audited financials doesn't mean it is a good idea.

No one is going to pay a 900% premium over the open market price - with unaudited financials.

I can't find a single example of a successful Reg A+ filing without audited financials.

There appears to be no logic about a Reg A+ offering without audited financials.

What idiot is going to pay $0.10 for FORW stock when it can be purchased on the open market for $0.01?
