I don't agree, this is VerdeWatts that is going to be doing the selling. Not CoolTech. CoolTech will not report VerdeWatts progress of sales they will only report the revenue provided by VerdeWatts. VerdeWatts is a private company and the strategic alliance clearly links them through a money transition after sells are complete. But technically given the revenue shared is 60/40 to the larger going to the one who actually makes a sale they are kind of in competition. More importantly Steve gets nothing out of informing CoolTech shareholders about anything. As far as we know he has zero shares of CoolTech.
