I didn't pay attention to that lawsuit and had only looked at the total unsecured debt of $13.8M, knowing it would likely become 1.4B more shares in the O/S. And Auctus owed so much already, no wonder they stepped in and are trying to forward a plan that keeps their conversions, whether it will work or not. A lot of shares have traded in the last couple weeks, plenty of liquidity to dump on.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
