K&L Gates LLP is owed $706,155



That is very curious. K&L Gates didn't become a massive international law firm by holding the bag for over $700K of unpaid legal work.

I assume their legal work for the Company was on the biotech side rather than the securities side, as the Company's S-1's were prepared by other lawyers. Even so, that is a massive unpaid bill to allow to be rung up. Some partner at K&L is probably very unhappy since the bankruptcy filing.
