I never spoke a lie....and we are a struggling micro-cap.....so what if I filed 100 8'ks, or 2,000 8k's....every one of them was MATERIAL TO ME, so too bad. I never spoke a lie, and so what if we changed our business plans 10 times. IT DOES NOT MATTER.....we are struggling to survive. Most here make a salary...are are paid employees of a Company. No one pays PATRICK....only PATRICK pays PATRICK, do you understand me?

Don't worry about anything that has happened! I saved all my texts, and all my information, and all my phone calls....like the 2 phone calls received today on our 2013 BMW 750Li Luxury Edition Sedan. This car has the middle rear control panel with full heated/air conditioned seats in the rear too.

I tried the Work at Home, and I tried Medical Marijuana, and I tried making deals with people....and this whole time,,,,I always was too afraid to take the risk on my own. I have changed business plans more than 10 times, and that's the adaptability of ACCR. Rather, than dilute or go to Bankruptcy....ACCR lives to fight on, and ACCR will win.
