You have been advised to stop posting from people who know what they are talking about and are trying to protect you but you refuse to listen. You are still the CEO of ACCR even if you choose to call yourself director.

As for your car sales; since it is a business transaction under your corporation you do need a dealers license, must register Access Power & Co as an Automotive dealer in Florida, and submit taxes to the State of Michigan and or Florida.
