MARZAN MONDAY:
At this point ALL parties should agree that Appeals ANDA case is a complete sh!t show that will not resolve with September 2 oral arguments. Yes the Appeals can be resolved by the panel, but only with detailed further briefings in ANDA 500 mg case.

Because the parties seem to finally be giving and taking in court negotiations I predict there’s a 10% chance of settlement this week.

And a 50% chance by 9-1.......if no further actions in Appeals docket...

Clues to settlement...no further action in appeals docket. Panel wants briefs in 500 mg case, Amarin and Hikma don’t want briefs....court could have already ORDERED mediation...especially due to new briefing issues potentially delaying oral arguments.

Settlement:
ANDA and Amarin agree to settle terms confidential but guessing Amarin supplies API in 2029 to Hikma and Reddy’s and case is remanded back to Du with requested “reversal” of her decision based on fact error. Solid reversal with both ANDA and Amarin filing Bhatt paper in motion.

AGAIN MARZAN MONDAY IF AMARIN SETTLES WITH ANDA...Amarin has EU deal waiting for the end of ANDA case......
