1) Court holds oral arguments and rules in your favor
2) Court hold oral arguments and rules in ANDA favor
3) Court remands case back to Judge Du with instructions
4) Court does not accept that no further briefings are need with consolidated 500 mg case

Please further address #4 as I did not hear this discussed at last CC but has been on my radar since “consolidation strategy”.
