Notification of late filing for the period June 30th quarterly report was issued Friday 8/14/20. No reason for the delay. Anticipated filing date 8/19/20. Perhaps/hopefully the 2019 annual report, 2020 first/second quarter reports will all be post together.

Anyway this is the only activity posted since April and may be the catalyst needed for a breakout. This could cause a short pop or maybe a steady push forward depending on the results.

Good luck to all my fellow GRPS longs waiting this company's success. Perhaps one day we can all meet and celebrate in Las Vegas soon.
