I am not seeing it that way. Keep it Simple, we have 800 mil Auth. 350 mil OS.

60 from the auth gives us 410 OS and 740 Auth.

350/800 410/740.

Easy.

Now as I have stated many times, Sam Mathew is Obocon. Obocon is part of the family IMO. Doki, Sam, Suresh.

Doki has 5 mil preferred. Why not give Sam Preferred for Obocon.

5 million Preferred. Doki 3 mill, Sam 1 mill, Suresh 1 mill. Doki maintains control.

100 to 1 or 1000 to 1 This would be much better than issuing shares from the Authorized.

Correct me if I am wrong. I think we all agree that it would be to CLSI's benefit to make everything public, clear, transparent.
