Yes, it can be read that way. It can be read many different ways when important information is not disclosed, but during the Hyperion deal, deal structure included a "committed" share structure to show "good faith". Were those fathom shares or were they committed from Authorized shares and ended up in the float during that time? (NO one knows but management at this point)

If CLSI purchased OBOCON first, where did the float stand before Anthea?
It could not have been at 350mm and 410mm after Anthea. It had to be more than 350mm before Anthea's 60mm draw down.

Anthea came second at 60mm on top of OBOCON's???

Remember, OBOCON was purchased first. Float records have to go by the FIFO (first in first out) method for records keeping, so 410mm float cannot be accurate today.

Just trying to find where the bucks are slipping through the cracks.
